AI-generated content is for informational and guidance purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and submitting any content to colleges or other institutions. Collegiate is not liable for outcomes based on AI-generated suggestions.

Certain features of Collegiate may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy. Collegiate reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

All content, design, logos, and software comprising the Collegiate platform are the intellectual property of Collegiate and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Content you submit to the platform (such as essays and resumes) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant Collegiate a limited license to process and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Collegiate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We do not guarantee any specific results from using the platform, including college admissions outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collegiate and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Collegiate at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its users.

You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
